However, by submitting content, you grant Nectar AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to feed this data into your individual model's local contextual arrays to process, output, and render real-time text dialogue and dynamic selfies.

4. Prohibited Conduct

While utilizing our uncensored system, you agree strictly to avoid the following conduct:

• Exploiting, uploading, or attempting to direct the AI model to process imagery or descriptions depicting non-consensual acts or minors.
• Attempting to systematically extract our underlying model structures, weight parameters, or codebase through scraping, reverse-engineering, or database injections.
• Spamming our network servers, overloading response streams, or distributing programmatic API workarounds outside our designated front-end panels.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

All outputs generated by your nectar ai companion—including text, structural image files, and voice recordings—are synthetically generated. They do not represent real-world facts, real people, or legal or medical opinions. The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with international digital copyright frameworks and applicable federal laws. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be settled through administrative resolution procedures prior to seeking formal judicial settings.
